Hello everyone! We are slowly approaching the end of our term. I'm here to talk to you about our final project! 


In this project, we were tasked with creating a material for high school preparatory students using AI. The goal of the material was to encourage students to learn by utilizing AI. The moment my friend Perihan and I heard the term artificial intelligence, we thought of one thing: the future. We decided to combine the topic of the future with "future tense" and began working on our material.

In this material, students use OpenAI, which is incredibly popular today, to visualize their future dreams, who they want to become, and the life they aspire to have. This activity not only helps them reinforce the future tense but also inspires them to reflect on their dream life and feel even more motivated.

The first thing we asked our students to do was to make assumptions about an AI-generated image provided by the teacher. We wanted them to think about which future dreams the image could be related to.

Next, after a brief explanation of how to use AI, we asked the students to create their own images using what they had learned. They were then tasked with writing about how the image they created related to their future plans.

Finally, we asked each student to provide feedback on whether the AI tool they used designed the image well and if it aligned with their expectations.

     Hello again everyone! I’m back to remind you to reapply your sunscreen and to introduce a brand new project. I hope you’ve missed me, shall we get started?    This new project was created with my friends Perihan Bozdağ , Hayrunnisa Azbay , and Eda Karaca . Our topic was AR (Augmented Reality). So, what is augmented reality? Augmented Reality is a technology that integrates digital information into the real world. Let’s remember the times when virtual reality headsets or the Pokemon Go game were popular. It made us feel like we were living in a virtual world, didn’t it? My friends and I chose to introduce a country, and that country was France. Thanks to the 360-degree videos we found on YouTube, we allowed our audience to experience the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, and Paris Fashion Week.
